Timber cutting lists

Use one line per section and length, with quantities and application. Mark pieces that need an exact finished fit. Include a drawing when the same timber appears in different parts of the project.

Email your completed list to Jeff. Attach drawings or spreadsheets in your email app before sending.

One line for each section and length

List thickness × width × length in millimetres, quantity, finish and intended use. State whether dimensions are nominal or required finished sizes. Keep different lengths on separate lines and mark any piece that must fit an exact opening.

Email a cutting list or drawing

Download the cutting-list CSV template and open it in your spreadsheet application. Complete the relevant columns, save it and attach it to an email to jeff@treatedtimber.co.uk. A dimensioned drawing can accompany the schedule; include your delivery postcode and any access restrictions.

Custom cuts and treatment requirements

Use the notes column for required tolerances, profile, treatment class or designer-specified strength grade. Ask about custom cut treated timber availability before finalising a design around a particular section. Your quotation should confirm what will be supplied.
